RETURN POLICY
Our policy is simple: if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and inform us of your discrepancy. You can return or exchange it in the exact condition that it was shipped. The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment minus shipping cost and a 5% return/restocking fee will be applied. Please return your item with original packaging. Returns will be assessed depending on the purchase in question. Do not send the package C.O.D., as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D. Personalized pieces and sales items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you received item(s) with a manufacturing defect please email us at info@randyluna.com. Refunds are issued after we have inspected the item.
For exchanges, a new charge will be issued to your account for the replacement cost difference plus shipping.
